Fri 7 to Sun 23 Aug @ 6pm, BUBBLE - Edfringe

Our story begins in 1847. Abraham Lincoln has just entered national politics. P.T. Barnum is rising as America’s greatest showman. And the Booth brothers, Edwin and John Wilkes, suddenly find themselves worlds apart under the shadow of their famed tragedian father.
Guided by Barnum as ringmaster, we enter a circus of memory where the line between history and spectacle blurs as one Booth brother ascends toward theatrical greatness, while the other descends toward one of the most infamous acts in history: the assassination of President Lincoln.
Developed within the Cambridge University theatre community that launched SIX.
