Journey through themes of desire and betrayal in just 60 minutes, as Basaran takes audiences on a captivating journey through Dido's emotional odyssey, from softness to explosive energy.

This multi-disciplinary performance delves into the myth of Dido and Aeneas through Basaran's unique perspective, fusing dance, theater, new music, and video projection. Alongside Tolga Yayalar's original composition and Ataman Girisken's projection design, audiences are invited into Dido's psyche as she navigates love and loyalty, ultimately succumbing to her desires.

Drawing inspiration from Virgil's Aeneid and Christopher Marlowe's Dido; Queen of Carthage, the reimagined text adds depth to this poignant narrative. Girisken's video projections and Yayalar's soundscape transform the stage, guiding us through a dreamlike exploration of time and space.
