Marvin and the Dodgyspinners

Suitable for Age 12 +

The show uses comedic dancing as a means of spreading a powerful message about the need for respect for human rights, in particular in the workplace.

Marvin Dodgyspin is an antihero - a phoney, propaganda-spewing puppet leader. The Dodgyspinners - those for whom he is 'responsible' - acknowledge him grudgingly, if at all, whilst asserting themselves by displaying their talents to the rest of the world.

Marvin and the Dodgyspinners combines dance with comedy to communicate a message that is relevant to ordinary folk while at the same time creating original mainstream entertainment. While the underlying theme of human rights, especially in the workplace, is one that will resonate with adults, the performance is designed to appeal to people of all ages.
