Missing Link Touring Theatre Showcase 1

Suitable for Age 18 +

Showcase 1: you should not be here: An unnerving triple bill showcase for anyone seeking quality discomfort, full of absurdist, post-modern theatricality: Binge by pulse8 Theatre, a queer exploration of consumerism full of grotesque physical theatre; The Party at the End of the World by Dead Mouth Theatre, an absurd comedy with just a lick of despair; and SchauLust by Robin Cain, a physically bizarre feminist commentary on horror.

Missing Link Touring Theatre is also doing two other showcases at Rotunda Brighton: do you need therapy? and is this where we're heading?

Warnings: Nudity, sexual themes and graphic images. depictions of violence against women /body horror . misogynistic language. trauma. Loud noises. Strobe lighting.

For Missing Link's Burnt Lavender at Edinburgh Fringe 2023

EXCELLENT SHOW Fringe Review

'At its heart there is just joy onstage'

★★★Binge Fringe

'Burnt Lavender is a beautiful, hard-hitting piece about queer history and celebrating love, balancing the joy with the heartbreak expertly. It is performed with passion by an amazing young company and I look forward to what they do next!'
