What's on/Brighton Fringe 2022/The Little Prince

Come with us on a magical journey from planet B-612 to earth, as the Little Prince tells us of his love for a rose, his friendship with a fox, and learns that what is most important in life can only be seen with the heart.

A musical adaptation of the beautiful tale by French author and aviator, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.

As well as being a charming story, with a host of hilarious characters, The Little Prince also poignantly broaches themes of sadness, love and mortality.   This magical tale is a perfect antidote to challenging times, and a heartwarming theatrical experience.

The Little Prince is the latest collaboration by Sam Chittenden and Simon Scardanelli, the writers of the award-winning musical Clean!

"Simon Scardanelli’s original score is the beating heart of this musical, arranged for seven women’s voices, cellist and guitarist, with additions of ukulele, flute, tambourine, accordion and keyboard from the ensemble of actor-musicians, all with lyrical voices of accuracy and beauty, solo and in harmony."
