By purchasing and/or accepting delivery of the tickets and products supplied by The Rotunda Theatre you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
The Rotunda Theatre Box Office offers the following tickets:
Standard Full Price Tickets applies to Adults aged 16 and over, including Seniors aged 65+.
Concessions Price Tickets applies to Children under 16 and On Benefits only (proof of eligibility will be required).*
Please Note: Transactions are made through SQUARE payment services and this will appear on your account and receipt.
* Some shows have opted for just one standard price for all customers. This means there will be NO concession prices for those shows and the tickets price will apply to all adults aged 16 and over, seniors, friends of the fringe, children under 16 and unwaged.
The Rotunda is happy to offer free entry to accompanying carers. If you are buying online, please purchase one full price ticket and note in the order you will be bringing a carer with you. For proof, Box Office or Front of House staff may ask the carer a few questions to check on the door: either to see a copy of a letter that says which disability benefits the person they care for gets, or if they get carer’s allowance etc.
Tickets purchased are Non-refundable.
Ticket Confirmations:
You will get an email confirmation/receipt. This is your ticket, please present it at the door on arrival. Proof of eligibility for concession tickets will be required.
Seating: First come first served - There are no seating reservations/allocation except for disabled patrons. If you require a wheelchair space or have any other access needs please feel free to contact us.
